It is carried out through an efficient system of pre-scheduled meetings that directly connects producers, marketers, and service companies to present their interests and assess real business opportunities.
Dynamics
- The organization issues the invitation to a broad database of business owners and professionals related to the industry.
- Invited business owners may consult the list of exhibitors and the products or services they present at the Fair. The organization does not publish or share contact details.
- Interested parties must request the appointment through the system, directly with the person in charge listed as registered. This person will confirm whether or not the meeting is accepted.
- Business meetings will take place in the Business Room (Grand Hall), a space with internet access, power outlets, two cubicles for private meetings with a screen, as well as tables and chairs.
- Each appointment will have a maximum duration of 30 minutes.
Observations
- This Business Roundtable is exclusively for exhibitors of the 2 Wheels Fair.
- Participation is free of charge.
- Business appointments are not scheduled for companies that offer advertising or other activities unrelated to the sectors invited.
- It is essential to attend the scheduled appointments, in consideration of the seriousness and continuity of this activity.
- At the end of each appointment, the form provided by the organization must be completed.
- The Feria de las 2 Ruedas organization facilitates contact between the parties, but is not responsible for the requester’s compliance with the appointment.
- Children are not permitted to enter the Business Room.
- Entry to the Business Room is not permitted in shorts, sleeveless shirts, or sandals.
