Can I advertise or run ads at the fair without being an exhibitor?
No. If you wish to advertise at the fair, you must be an exhibitor.
How many badges and invitations do I receive as an exhibitor?
The number of badges and invitations is proportional to the area contracted. Please check the exhibitor manuals or contact the Fair’s commercial department.
When and where is the fair?
The 18th edition of the 2 Ruedas Fair will take place from May 21 to 24, 2026, at Plaza Mayor Medellín (Colombia).
How do I enter the fair?
Attendees of the 2 Ruedas Fair have three entry options. They are:
VIP Admission: this allows unlimited entry for all four days, in addition to other benefits.
Business Admission: this allows unlimited entry for all four days, in addition to other benefits.
General admission: this ticket allows a single entry to the Fair, on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday.
3-day pass: this option allows you to attend F2R on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
Business invitation: this ticket is exclusive to business attendees of the Fair and is provided by exhibitors. It allows a single entry to the Fair, on Thursday or Friday.
There are other accreditations that are exclusive to exhibitors, setup staff, and special guests.
What is the price of general admission?
On which days can I enter with general admission?
General admission is valid for one entry on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday. If the visitor leaves the venue, they must purchase a new general admission ticket.
Is there a presale for general admission tickets?
Yes. Starting February 15, 2026, pre-sale tickets can be purchased through Ticket Express.
Can I enter the fair for free?
With the aim of bringing the entire family together for the 2-Wheel Fair, Prisma Gestión Empresarial, the event organizer, has implemented a benefit for children and seniors.
Children no taller than 1.20 meters and individuals over 70 years old will have free access on general public days.
It is important to note that children must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

What are the benefits of being VIP?

What is the price of VIP admission?
The price of a VIP ticket in 2025 was $300,000 (Colombian currency). Prices for the 2026 edition will be announced in due course.
How can a motorcycle club participate in the 2-Wheel Fair?
If you and your club wish to enter the 2-Wheel Fair by purchasing tickets at a special price, please consider the following:
1. The discounted general admission ticket price for clubs is $38,000 including VAT per day.
2. The minimum number of tickets to purchase to obtain this discount is twenty (20).
3. The ticket sales opening date is from April 1 to May 6, 2026, with the latter date being the maximum deadline for payment. Subject to availability, as only two thousand tickets will be available.
4. To proceed with the purchase, you must first send an email to [email protected] attaching an official letter specifying all club information (including social media) and your interest in acquiring tickets to enter the fair. Subsequently, you will receive an email with an Excel format, which you must complete (no other format or modification of font, color, and style of the attached file is allowed) and send back.
5. Each club member may purchase a maximum of two (2) tickets; therefore, the companion’s details must be entered in the Excel file with the same license plate.
6. Then, you will receive an email with the account number and amount to deposit, which you must reply to with the payment receipt attached (you will have until May 6).
7. Each ticket is valid for a single entry, which can be Friday, Saturday, or Sunday.
8. On Friday, the ClubFest will be held again; this time there will be no prior registration, and entry is on a first-come, first-served basis starting at 5:00 PM (capacity 500 people). This event will take place in the entertainment area, and the 500 attendees will receive a souvenir and participate in raffles held during the event. We remind you that clubs displaying their flags or insignias and wearing their distinctive uniform will receive special recognition.
9. If you are purchasing a ticket for Saturday or Sunday and also wish to attend on Friday (includes access to ClubFest), the entry for that day will have a special cost of $20,000. You must indicate this in the form by answering YES or NO to the purchase of this additional ticket. If you are only attending on Friday, without an additional ticket for another day, the entry fee will be $38,000.
10. Tickets will be delivered on May 7 and 8, 2026 at the Prisma Gestión Empresarial offices, located at Cr54 #8A-11 from 8 AM to 4 PM.
11. Tickets will only be delivered to the person who led the purchase; otherwise, you must inform us by email of the details of the person who will claim the tickets.
12. If you do not claim the tickets on the aforementioned dates, they can be requested at the registration tent in the Purple Pavilion, accreditation area.
13. For security reasons, the Organization will not send tickets to other cities.
How to register for the Stunt Cup?
The registration process for the F2R Stunt Cup is completed via an entry form that will be published 2 months before the trade fair.
