Thursday, May 15 and Friday, May 16 are reserved for qualified visitors invited by exhibitors. These are key days to build business relationships in a professional environment. Entry is by prior invitation with a QR code and accreditation.
On Thursday, May 15, at 10:00 a.m., this exclusive tour begins for the media and content creators, who will be able to see firsthand the latest developments in two-wheeled vehicles. The meeting point is the entrance to the White Pavilion.
Starting Thursday, May 15, from 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., this space opens for exhibitors to present their products through launches, cocktail receptions, marketing shows, or runway presentations. The event continues on Friday, May 16 and Saturday, May 17, from 10:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., in Conference Rooms A and B.
This conference series will bring together experts and industry leaders to discuss trends, challenges, and opportunities in the industry. Thursday, May 15 sessions will be at 2:30 p.m. (Conference Room B) and 4:30 p.m. (Conference Room A); on Friday, May 16 they will continue at 10:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m., both in Conference Room B.
During these days, the Business Matchmaking event will also take place in the Commissions Room, where business owners and exhibitors will be able to finalize partnerships through scheduled appointments.
