Accreditations

Press and Content Creator accreditation is exclusively for active professionals who generate consistent, verifiable content aligned with the motorcycle industry, mobility, sports, technology, tourism, economy, and culture.

The form will be available until April 15, 2026.

Evaluation process

Due to the high demand for accreditation in each edition and the limited number of spots, the organization has adjusted the evaluation process to prioritize the participation of media outlets and content creators strategic to the Fair.

Accreditation is not automatic and is subject to review by the communications committee.

For media outlets, it will be possible to attach an employment letter or official certification from the media organization upon completing the application. This document will provide greater support for the application and increase the chances of accreditation approval.

The following criteria will be evaluated:

  • Veracity and consistency of the registered information.

  • Recent and verifiable activity in topics related to the Fair.

  • Quality and editorial focus.

  • Reach and real audience impact.

  • Alignment with F2R values and the promotion of a responsible road culture.

  • Track record and compliance in previous editions (where applicable).

Scope and conditions

Accreditation allows entry for news coverage and content generation.
It does not apply to general visitors, commercial personnel, or profiles without verifiable activity.

Spots are limited. The organization may approve or reject applications without the need for individual justification, limit the number of accreditations per media outlet, and grant a maximum of two (2) accreditations per creator or channel.

The response will be sent by email no later than May 1, 2026.

Commitment and behavior

Accreditation implies a commitment to provide effective coverage of the event. Non-compliance, as well as the promotion of irresponsible behavior or conduct contrary to road safety, may result in the immediate revocation of accreditation and exclusion from future editions.

Important: Applications from media or content creators who promote, advocate for, or disseminate practices contrary to traffic regulations or actions that endanger their own life or that of others will not be approved.
