- We reserve the right of admission and to refuse service.
- Food and drinks are not allowed inside the fair.
- Pets are not allowed, except for blind people accompanied by guide dogs.
- Weapons are not allowed inside.
- Entry is not permitted to people who are intoxicated or under the influence of hallucinogenic substances.
- Visitors will not be allowed to market products and services or distribute advertising information in the halls of the Fair.
- Uniformed groups are not allowed entry for advertising purposes or brand activation at the event.
- Audiovisual production for commercial purposes is prohibited.
- The personal data obtained during registration will be incorporated into the organizer’s database for informational purposes regarding events organized by Prisma.
- By entering the Two Wheels Fair, I authorize the full and unrestricted use of my image, voice, body shape and/or face, as well as any sign related to my identity.
- Upon entering the event, the logistics staff may conduct a search due to it being a private event. All suitcases must be stored in the luggage storage.
At Prisma Gestión Empresarial, we are proud to take an active role in the fight against exploitation, pornography and sex tourism involving minors. In compliance with laws and regulations, we are committed to promoting appropriate conduct among our employees, as well as among foreign visitors attending our events.
This is our Code of Conduct against the commercial sexual exploitation of children and adolescents -ESCNNA-, in accordance with the provisions of Law 1336 of 2009:
We will refrain from promoting programs that involve the sexual exploitation of minors at our fairs and other events we organize.
We will take the necessary measures to prevent our employees, suppliers, contractors, and business partners from offering services that include contact or sexual activity with minors.
Periodic training sessions will be scheduled for all company personnel, with the aim of raising awareness about the issue of the prevention of ESCNNA (sexual exploitation of children and adolescents).
We will protect all minors, both national and foreign, from any form of sexual exploitation by tourists attending our events.
Through the various digital platforms we manage, we will provide information on the legal consequences of exploitation, pornography, and sex tourism involving children and adolescents.
We will not lead tourists to areas or sites where the commercial sexual exploitation of minors is practiced, nor will we lead minors to the places where tourists are staying.
We will prohibit the use of our vehicles and those of our partner transport companies for the transportation of tourists for the purpose of engaging in ESCNNA (Sexual Exploitation of Children and Adolescents).
We will not allow minors to enter event centers, hotels, bars or other tourist places, where we carry out activities related to our social purpose, for the purposes of prostitution or sexual abuse.
We will reject any form of child labor exploitation.
We will promptly report to the competent authorities any incident related to the commercial sexual exploitation of children and adolescents that is detected among our employees, suppliers, contractors and business partners.
We will provide all the information required by the competent authorities regarding any case of child sex trafficking that comes to our attention.
We will require all our collaborators, suppliers, contractors, and business partners to reject and report any case of ESCNNA that they become aware of.
We will report to the competent authorities any incident related to the commercial sexual exploitation of children and adolescents that we become aware of.
We are committed to implementing prevention and monitoring measures to prevent exploitation, pornography, and sex tourism involving children and adolescents. The Coexistence Committee will be responsible for ensuring compliance with this code.
