Complying with laws and regulations, we are committed to promoting appropriate behavior among foreign visitors. Here is our code of commitment:

Say no to sexual exploitation:

We will refrain from offering any plans involving the sexual exploitation of minors in our tourism promotion programs.

Protection of minors:

We will take measures to prevent our partners or intermediaries from offering tourism services that involve sexual contact with minors.

Zero tolerance for sexual violence:

We will protect all minors, both nationals and foreigners, from any form of sexual exploitation and violence by tourists.

Clear information:

We will include in our tourism advertising information about the legal consequences of exploitation, pornography, and sexual tourism involving children and adolescents.

No complicity:

We commit not to take minors to places where tourists stay, even at sea, for the purpose of child prostitution.

Rejection of complicity:

We will not rent or use vehicles on tourist routes for the purpose of prostitution or establishments with sexual abuse of minors.

Protection in establishments:

We will not allow minors to enter hotels, bars, or other tourist places for the purpose of prostitution or sexual abuse.

Say no to child labor exploitation:

We will reject any form of child labor exploitation.

Equality and non-discrimination:

We will not tolerate discrimination based on race or gender in our tourism operations.

Reporting cases:

We will promptly inform the relevant authorities of any cases of sexual commerce involving minors detected with our suppliers.

Reporting commitment:

We ask all our clients, suppliers, and partners to reject and report any cases of child sexual exploitation they become aware of.

Formal reporting:

We will report to the competent authorities any event related to the sexual exploitation of minors.

We commit to implementing surveillance, prevention, and correction measures to prevent the exploitation, pornography, and sexual tourism involving children and adolescents. We have designated a responsible management team to ensure compliance with this code.

We remind everyone that those who violate these rules will be legally sanctioned and face legal and administrative consequences.
